Abstract:
We present Surface-Enhanced and Tip-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy detection and characterization of biomolecules, focusing on the biomarker amyloid beta peptide, recently considered as precursor in the aberrant protein aggregation processes related to the Alzheimer's disease.
