The OPENCiTy Project intends to create a Open Source GIS Platform of Catania allowing a full data management and analysis on a geographic basis. The archaeological, monu-mental, environmental and cultural evidence are stored with a high level of detail in or-der to understand the urban stratificaiton and evaluate the archeologica record. These data are connected to the information gained from campaigns of non-invasive investiga-tions (GPR and ERT method) carried out in the urban area aiming to create a risk map of the city.
