Distribuzione di Eufausiacei in un'area attorno le isole Pelagie (Canale di Sicilia)

Euphausiacea are a small group of Crustacea belongs to micronekton, that have a key role in the marine food-web. The data were carried out during the Fin Whale Sicily Strait (FWSS) cruise in March 2006 around Pelagian Islands. Micronekton was sampled at nine oceanographic stations with the use of Plankton Hamburg Net (PHN). Seven euphausiids species were founded.
