Italian Emigration, from the Second World War to Today: Departure, Return, Flows

The history of Italian emigration since the Second World War has been mentioned many times, but has never been systemized in a uniform framework, probably caused by the diversity of the flows which characterize this phase. Emigration, internal migration, return migration, new immigrants from overseas, gather in fact and follow each other, forming a mobility and a structural body reconstructed in this chapter.
