Attività antibatterica in macroalghe del Mar Piccolo di Taranto

In the present work we report the presence of antibacterial activity in seaweeds which are common in the Mar Piccolo of Taranto (Northern Ionian Sea, Italy). In particular Cystoseira barbata extract showed a higher antibacterial activity than Chaetomorpha linum extract.
