Cambiamento e innovazione nell'organizzazione sanitaria: un approccio interdisciplinare alla service innovation

The paper provides a contribution in the field of studies on service organizations and specifically on health organizations, through a critical analysis of the theoretical literature on organizational innovation, both of a sociological and managerial nature. The paper aims to present an interdisciplinary theoretical framework in order to study not only technological innovations, but all the innovative processes that affect the health organizations.
