Seminar on the Conditions of Entry for Researchers Undertaking International Mobility - The Italian experience

The abstract addresses the obstacles to the mobility of researchers - as recognised also in the Commission Communication "Towards a mobility strategy for ERA" - represented by immigration laws and restrictions and reports about Italian laws and regulations in this respect. It also gives details about visas, work permits and permits of stay, public recruitment procedures and employment conditions in general, as well as information on the specific provision of Art. 27, letter c) of Law 286/98 for extra-quotas entrance for work purposes to "university professors and researchers".
