abstract:
Propenoyttrimethylsilane reacts with silylated nucteophiles to yield the beta - functionalised silyl enol ethers of acylsilanes. Further "in situ" reaction of the se compounds affords an easy entry into the class of polyfunctionalised acylsilanes.
