On three species of Periscyphis Gerstaecker, 1873 from Kenya, Sudan and Oman (Crustacea: Isopoda: Oniscidea)

Periscyphis brunneus Budde-Lund, 1912 from Kenya is redescribed on the basis of the type-material and new material examined, and the lectotype is designated. Two new species, P. sudanensis from Sudan and P. albomarginatus from Oman, are described. All species presently included in Periscyphis are listed with their distributions.
