abstract:
The role and contribution of workers' representatives towards better OH&S performance have been rarely discussed in literature, and the focus was on personal traits. The study discusses the relationship between OH&S oragnizational maturity and the role of workers' representatives. Results are based on a nation-wide survey carried out in Italy.
