Risultati - Compendium of best practices on time management of judicial proceedings

This Compendium has been conceived by CEPEJ as a practical tool for policy makers and judicial practitioners so as to introduce new normative frameworks or judicial or administrative practices for improving time management of judicial proceedings both at the court level and at a national level. The Compendium has been thought as a first map of concrete measures to deal with the length of judicial proceedings, which should be further investigated to validate their effectiveness. It will be regularly updated with further good practices and innovative ideas provided to the CEPEJ by European courts or other relevant bodies. The Compendium was prepared by the CEPEJ Task Force on timeframes of judicial proceedings, according to a preparatory work by M. Fabri and F. Contini (IRSIG-CNR, Bologna, Italy).
