Rüzgar Hizi Öngörüsü: ÇeÅ?me Yarimadasina BakiÅ? (Wind Speed Prediction: case of Cesme Peninsula)

In this work we descrive our studies in modelling and predicting wind speed in the Cesme Peninsula of Izmir, the wind map of which is now available. In particular we propose a polynomial autoregressive model and compare its performance with state of the art methods.
