abstract:
The chapter presents the results of the epigraphic survey conducted in 2020 in the oasis of Al-'Ula (Saudi Arabia), in the frame of the French-Saudi project "Dadan Archaeological Project". Around 1000 inscriptions were found in the area of the Jabal Khurayba. Most of them are graffiti incised along the processional paths connecting the many mountain peaks. F. Kootstra is responsbile for the study of the texts in the Ancient North Arabian scripts, I. Rossi for the Ancient South Arabian inscriptions.
