EKRANOPLANI: BARCHE O AEREI?

They fly a few meters from the water and are strange vehicles that are part boats and part planes. Technically they are called Ekranoplani and, until a few years ago, they were only rare applications for military experimental vehicles. But today someone is betting on it to propose new means of fast sea transport.
