Abstract:
The Chapter addresses the on-going developments in the protection of vulnerable groups under the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFREU). In particular, it concerns the developments and the progressive consolidation at international and European level of the legal protection of children, elderly people and persons with disabilities.
