Innovazione e ruolo degli attori pubblici e privati nel contesto della crisi di finanziamento del welfare

Through an analysis of local cases the essay examines the prospects for managing social services in the present socio-economic context, and the basic concept of person-centred social services, and the social interaction between those public and private figures working in society. It seems sufficient to draw attention to the action to be taken at local level with innovations that are the result of collaboration between public and private, in which the state not only has the task of planning and running social intervention, but also of controlling the processes with a new involvement of citizen groups, in the spirit of article 118 paragraph two of the italian Constitution.
