On the method of the fabrication of active channels of organic memristive devices: Langmuir-Blodgett vs layer-by-layer

The comparison of properties of organic memristive devices with active channels fabricated by Langmuir-Blodgett and Layer-by-Layer techniques is presented. Advantages and drawbacks of each method are discussed.
