L'assistenza sociale nella giurisprudenza della Corte costituzionale

The contribution analyses the evolution of social assistance in the Constitution and in state legislation. The analysis then goes on to consider what has been the role of the Constitutional Court in determining the content, the limits and essential levels of social assistance also with regard to the relations between State and Regions and to a development from a matter to multilevel policy.
