Glucose capped silver nanoparticles induce cell cycle arrest in HeLa cells

abstract:
This study aims to determine the interaction (uptake and biological effects on cell viability and cell cycle progression) of glucose capped silver nanoparticles (AgNPs-G) on human epithelioid cervix carcinoma (HeLa) cells, in relation to amount, 2 x 10(3) or 2 x 10(4) NPs/cell, and exposure time, up to 48 h.
