Una banca dati nazionale per la codifica e l'organizzazione delle informazioni nel settore delle costruzioni

The aim of this article is to present the overall objective of the research project InnovANCE and to describe in detail the activities that ITC-CNR is carrying out within the project. In the general framework of the realization of a national database of unique codes and descriptions to identify construction domain objects, ITC-CNR activity deals with the definition of a structured and specialized lexicon. It collects and manages, by means of semantic relationships, sectorial terminology in order to provide a language as shared reference which can facilitate communication and information exchange.
