Phenomenological approach on wave propagation in dielectric media with two relaxation times

In thispaperdielectricphenomenawithtworelaxationtimesarediscussed.Byassumingasinusoidal form forinductionvector D a sinusoidalelectricfieldisgeneratedanditdependsonunknown phenomenologicalcoefficientswhoseexpressionstogethertotheirnumericalvaluesasfunctionsof frequencyareobtained.Moreover,electromagneticwavepropagationisanalysedobtainingwavevector as functionoftheaforementionedcoefficients.TheresultsareappliedtoaVinylideneChloride-Vinyl Chloride(VDC-VC)totesttheapplicabilityofthemodel.
