form forinductionvector D a sinusoidalelectricfieldisgeneratedanditdependsonunknown
phenomenologicalcoefficientswhoseexpressionstogethertotheirnumericalvaluesasfunctionsof
frequencyareobtained.Moreover,electromagneticwavepropagationisanalysedobtainingwavevector
as functionoftheaforementionedcoefficients.TheresultsareappliedtoaVinylideneChloride-Vinyl
Chloride(VDC-VC)totesttheapplicabilityofthemodel.
