Mechanical model for relaxation phenomena in viscoanelastic media of order one

abstract:
In thispaperamodelforviscoanelasticisotropicmaterialintheformalismofKluitenberg'stheoryon mechanicalrelaxationphenomenaisconsidered.Moreoveranexpressionofthecomplexmodulusis obtainedtocomparetheresultsobtainedwithexperimentaldata.Inparticular,byconsideringthe results obtainedfromsomeauthorsofusinapreviouspaper,weshalluseadifferentconditionthat allows togetthephenomenologicalandstatecoefficientsbothlowandhighfrequencies.Finally,the results areappliedtoasupercooledm-toluidineinordertocomparetheexperimentaldataand theoreticalfunctionsoffrequency G1 and G2 so obtained
