Holographic microscope for quantitative phase-contrast imaging of particles driven by optical forces in microfluidics

abstract:
We demonstrate that particles floating in the microfluidic environment can be driven by optical forces along preferential directions. Meanwhile the particles can be imaged by a digital holographic microscope with the aim to get their quantitative phase-contrast signature.
