Strumenti per il reperimento di informazioni rilevanti in Rete. Applicazioni nel dominio della comunicazione pubblica in materia di immigrazione in Italia

Access to legal information is a fundamental means of guaranteeing people the protection of their rights and the knowledge of their obligations under the law. This access often takes place via thematic public web portals. A legal informatics tool aimed to facilitate the daily monitoring of institutional online information about immigration procedures and legislation has been designed and developed. In this paper we will show the information resources to be monitored, the monitoring tool features and the emerging results during the first months of use of the tool. The emerging difficulties and the ways to fix them will also be highlighted, offering ideas for future developments.
