abstract:
''The nature of the goods'' in relation to the increasing resource complexity and the changing roles for the state is usually analysed also because it represent a challenging to understand introduction of adaptive ecosystem governance but in every case, separately from the debate on the legal nature of these support mechanisms in the own domestic legal systems, it could be sustained that biomass be qualified as ''goods'' protected by the Article 1 of the First Additional Protocol of European Convention on Human Rights. It is clear, therefore, how the scope of the cited article is truly extensive, including any measure that involves a legal situation regarding goods. In accordance with case laws of the European Court of Human Rights, the notion of goods protected by the law has a broad meaning. It is not limited to the ownership of material goods, and it does not only cover private ownership rights, but extends to public benefits and entitlements.
