Hepatic and splenic amyloidosis: dual-phase spiral CT findings.

Although the liver and spleen are frequently involved in primary systemic amyloidosis, the clinical manifestations of hepatic and splenic involvement are usually mild and a dominant symptomatic hepatic presentation is uncommon.
