El concepto, los principios generales y las fuentes en materia de obligaciones: observaciones a los artículos 432 a 434 del Proyecto de Código Civil de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia

This paper analyzes the most outstanding aspects of the Colombian Civil Code Project of 2020 related to law of obligations. This Project was prepared by a group of professors from the National University of Colombia. In particular, the analysis focuses on the sources of the Project, the methodology adopted in matters of obligations, the concept of obligation, the general principles and the sources of obligations.
