A computerized autoradiographic technique for the simultaneous high-resolution mapping of myocardial blood flow and metabolism

By using both radioactive particulate and diffusible tracers, combined with computerized processing and analysiso f generated autoradiographs, a new technique for the highresolution mapping of organ blood flow and metabolism has been developed. In this paper the technique has been evaluated for the myocardium.
