Lamina a band gap fotonico unidimensionale sintonizzabile basata su microlavorazione del silicio

We present the numerical study of a photonic crystal slab micromachined in silicon-on- insulator wafers. The slab is infiltrated with a fluid which experiences variations of its refractive index. We evaluate the band edge tuning with an anisotropic fluid.
