OBJECTIVE: Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a neurotrophin which promote and regulate the survival of neurons in the peripheral nervous system. We aimed to evaluate the nasal NGF expressions of mast cells in healthy patients after stimulation with sterilized isotonic solution delivered at high pressure.
