Ehealth system IPPOCRATE uses mobile technologies and cloud to acquire and share information about different data channels:"WeHeart", a collection of wearable devices used to monitor health and environment in which people live; Smart Application, the mobile application; Easy Box, a VoIP telephone device. These channels enable the system IPPOCRATE to reach a large part of the population, including the elderly. IPPOCRATE is the first e-Health system focused on prevention of climatic risks.
