abstract:
The research aimed to analyse the tourism consumer behaviour on the Social Network Instagram, and to identify how users promote and talk about the Island of Capraia. The research focused on the users/tourists perception of the natural and landscape heritage as it was posted on Instagram. The results from the Instagram posts analysis show the tourists feedback on the destination, with useful hints for promoting the tourist offer and the heritage of the Island.
