Il regionalismo utile: un piccolo caso di buon utilizzo del potere legislativo regionale, premiato dalla Corte costituzionale

Judgment no. 45 of 2020, which is based on a concrete case of limited importance, shows a Constitutional Court that is more interested in the rationality of regional law than in its details, which are considered critical by the State. As a result, the Court rejected the appeal, in a decision which recovers what could be the positive aspects of Italian legislative polycentrism.
