abstract:
this article provides important information on the formation and management of red scorpionfish broodstock, considered as a start- ing point to obtain spontaneous spawning in cap- tivity and for future propagation technologies.
Preliminary morphological characteristics of eggs and larvae of red scorpionfish until the sixth life day were also reported. Further experiments must be carried out, focused first of all on finding an suit- able starting live food for red scorpionfish larvae.
