Aminoallylsilanes I (R = Me, PhCH2, Me2CHCH2), prepd. from ?-amino acids, react with R1COCl (R1 = Me, PhCH2, C6H13) in the presence of TiCl4 to give unsatd. amino ketones II. II (R = Me2CHCH2, R1 = Me) is easily transformed into pyrrolidine deriv. III. The addn. of I to Me2CHCHO gave 2,6-disubstituted tetrahydropyridines IV.
