Copyright in rete: diritti e confini del digitale

UNI recently adopted the Technical Report ISO 22038/2020 "Description and presentation of rights information" with the title "Descrizione e presentazione delle informazioni relative ai diritti". This recommendation document applies to an important area of transversal and highly topical activity: the publication on the internet of digital or digitized resources by cultural bodies, libraries, museums and other institutions with cultural purposes. The main theme is how cultural institutions should effectively illustrate the cases of rights (copyright and economic exploitation) of digital works disseminated online. More details in this article
