Strumenti digitali per le anfore romane

In recent years, some digital projects have dealt with ancient amphorae, the terracotta containers used for transport and storage of wine and other goods. The present paper offers a brief overview of the digital resources that the archaeologist or the interested scholar can use in this research field. These resources concern, in particular, the typology of the amphorae (for example "Roman Amphorae: a digital resource", https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/archives/view/amphora_ahrb_2005/), their inscriptions (for example the project of CEIPAC, Centro para el Estudio de la Interdependencia Provincial en la Antigüedad Clásica del Departament de Prehistòria, Història Antiga y Arqueologia dell'Universitat de Barcelona, http://ceipac.ub.edu/) and the wrecks where often they were found (for example, "Archéologie sous-marine", http://archeologie.culture.fr/archeo-sous-marine/fr).
