Eguaglianza di genere nella ricerca

The article presents a review of the latest initiatives taken at the supra-national level to promote gender equality in research. Particularly, it focuses on the analysis of the World Economic Forum and on the directives and recommendations adopted by the European Commission and by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The author then illustrates the possible initiatives to be taken in relation to the experience and the first results of the European Horizon 2020 Project GENERA (Gender Equality Network in the European Research Area), which is still in progress.
