Strategies for establishing collaboration with chinese companies

An increasing and wide range of challenges must be faced to launch successful collaboration especially with developing countries. We explore some literature and report on how some medium-large European and Chinese companies are successfully operating in an international and globalized contest. Our main focus will be on the strategies that bring companies to create fruitful partnerships.
