abstract:
The Mediterranean Germplasm Database is the reference database for the agro-food plant germplasm collection stored at the Istitute of Biosciences and Bioresources (IBBR) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in Bari, Italy. It includes more than 56,000 accessions from all over the world. Over 13,000 samples have been directly collected by our exploration teams since 1971, most from Africa and Southern Europe.
