Purpose of this document is to provide a uniformity of application of methodologies which allow to characterize and evaluate pollutants from in indoor air. This document reports the principal tools to study for planning the activities of monitoring indoor air quality. The general principles and the characteristics of the sampling and the analysis methods for VOCs and formaldehyde are described based on European standards.
