Pyro-electrohydrodynamic fabrication of PDMS Microlens Arrays

abstract:
In this work we present a simple multiscale process for the fabrication of micro-optical elements using high viscous polymer materials. In particular the pyro-electric effect activated onto a Lithium Niobate crystal is exploited for the fabrication on demand of microlens array.
