Le importazioni greco-orientali e il loro impatto sulle produzioni coloniali della Sicilia greca arcaica

The paper concerns the impact of the East Greek imports on Sicilian local production of pottery and terracottas. Starting from some specific study-cases, the Author highlights the issue of reception, assimilation and elaboration of foreign elements into the material culture of a sicilian colony.
