abstract:
Er-Yb doped silica-titania channel waveguide amplifiers are investigated by means of a homemade
computer code. In the small signal operation, a gain close to 7. 84 dB is demonstrated fora
waveguide 3 cm /ong, copropagating pump powerof 200 mW, signal wavelength A-s=1533 nm.
