abstract:
C-13 resonances of [d(CGTACGTACG)]2 were assigned by heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence and long-range heteronuclear multiple coherence. The maximum likelihood method was used for the sugar regions of the HMQC spectrum, which made it possible to assign unambiguously all the C-2' carbons and some of the C-5' carbons.
