Le migrazioni tra Sud e Centro-Nord: persistenze e novità

Latest research shows a smaller impact of migratory flows between South and Center- North of Italy; this trend began during the first years of the new century as a result of the decreased intensity of internal migratory movements and the increasing presence of international migrants in the country. However, the subordinated role of the Italian southern regions in the national migratory interchange remains unvaried, due to the persistent economic differential between North and South.
