Nowadays, offering a training service in the building construction field has become a real challenge. Even if it has a strong social and occupational impact and demand for new professional profiles as increased in the last few years it involves a series of issues that a training service has to deal with. This article focuses on how the Training Service of CNR-ITC copes with the current situation through the training courses it offers.
