Capacity building in Bosnia. Virtual tour, Wiki e sistemi informativi

The article describes the development of proper electronic and computer-based supports and of the activity of capacity building for the Municipality of Srebrenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina), developed through an ITC project which aimed at the enhancement of the management of cultural heritage (both material and immaterial) and at the tourist promotion of the territory.
