This report is about the design, the construction, the installation and the final audit of an automatic test equipment realized for an external company for the execution of air permeability, watertightness and resistance to wind load tests. Its specificity, with respect to the ones previously designed by the authors in the last years, consists in the possibility of working on two dissimilar modalities by partially modifying the experimental set-ups, both on windows and curtain wallings.
