Osmium doped SnO2 thin films for low cost consumption CH4 sensors

abstract:
Gas-sensitive properties of osmitum doped tin oxide thin films prepared by means of the sol-gel technique have been studied The devices have shown good sensitivity to methane at a considerable low working temperature that make them very interesting for manufacturing sensors to be used for domestic applications. A comparison with pure SnO2 films is also included.
